We are currently accepting resumes for the following positions:
Experience with all aspects of coding. Auditing of Physician documentation to determine appropriate codes. Entry of codes into EHR system. Experience with processing of claims and payments. Comfortable educating physicians and staff on documentation and coding practices.
Experience with all facets of medical billing and collections. From front-end patient payments, to claims processing, balancing of patient accounts, and sending off statements. Familiar with EMR and EHR systems. Comfortable with financial data and reports. Able to handle patient payment questions and concerns.
Must be board certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine. If Family Medicine trained, must have experience in a busy Emergency Room or urgent care setting. Must be comfortable taking care of all ages of patients (from newborns to the elderly), all severity of illnesses (from ear infections to complex chest pain workups), and have a broad range of procedural experience (lacerations, abscesses, fracture reductions, foreign body removal, etc.).
Looking for energetic and dynamic individuals who can make patients feels at home with their smile. Must be very comfortable with computers and Electronic Health Records. Previous experience as a receptionist in a medical office and/or medical billing experience is encouraged. Must be willing to work a fair share of evenings and weekends.
Must have ARRT and TN state licensure. Training and/or experience in other facets of patient care, including: medication administration, lab draws, establishing IV access, splinting of orthopedic injuries, etc. will be helpful. Must be willing to work 10-12 hour shifts and weekends.
